Throwing something green and colorful into a blender has become such a trend for some, it takes over their every day life. Now a days, anything processed and claims to help you loose weight has many people brainwashed.
Fit foods deal with everything you see in a produce section of any food store. Why do so many people scan past the produce sections? Only picking up whats on sale or 1 to 2 items they need for a certain recipe. Fruits and vegetables should take up most of your carts storage.

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup pitted and frozen red cherries
- 1 14-ounce can of full-fat or low-fat coconut milk
- 1 sliced and frozen banana
- 1/4 cup finely shredded, unsweetened coconut (optional)
- Add ingredients to blender in this order: coconut milk, mixed berries, cherries, banana and optional shredded coconut.
- Blend on high until completely smooth.
