Every doctor I have been to in my life is always asking me; "Do you drink enough water through-out the day?" Of course you are going to tell them yes, even though you know you tend to pick up a diet-coke from time to time just share a friends name on it. You never really know the importance of water until you dig into a little research. Drinking water is a great way to start to live a healthier life, but are you getting enough of it? Whether you are on the go or sitting around your house, you should always try to have a glass or water bottle near you. Cutting up lemons, strawberries, limes and cucumbers for example is a great way to change up your water habits.
